Description:
The image of the star has deep roots in Ukrainian folklore. Long before the adoption of Christianity, ancient koliadky (carols) celebrating the creation of the world sang of the three most important celestial bodies: the moon, the sun, and the morning star. In Christian tradition, the Star of Bethlehem announced the birth of Jesus and guided the Wise Men on their journey. The Christmas star has become a symbol of hope, light, and the journey home. It is a sign that leads through the darkness toward the warmth of home, shared conversations, and the embrace of loved ones. Our "Snow Star" Straw Construction Kit captures this timeless symbolism. As evening falls, it casts delicate patterns of light and shadow across your walls. Light, warm, and full of life, it is a handcrafted decoration that brings the spirit of Christmas into every corner of your home.
